What does Cwtch do?

Our Core offer is Cwtch Consulting. We are here to support and empower you to be a trauma responsive and mentally healthy organisation. We (that’s me and a bunch of other freelancers for TISC Wales) work with the adults who work with the children and young people. In partnership with TISUK, We can support you to evaluate your provision and come up with a plan for change or embedding, or deliver some one-off bespoke or off the peg training for your organisation or staff.

Additionally, Coral also offers individual coaching, individual and group mentoring and reflective supervision. From the summer of 2026, Coral is hoping to also provide Pottery experiences from the beautiful studio surroundings of Pembrokeshire, and some one-off creative escapes. Watch this space!

  • One off, or on-going support to evaluate your provision and provide support to embed your approach. We are excited to work with you to tailor consultancy to your specific needs. Book a call to discuss your requirements.

  • Reflective Supervision is a space where you can unpack the impact of the work you do. A space for you to feel, be heard, listened to and understood and emotionally refuelled. Unburdening the impact of stressful job, provides you with more capacity to do your own thinking, uncluttered from the emotional entanglement of the work.
